LIMU FINCA COFFEE

This coffee is medium-bodied and well balanced, with a spicy winey flavour and full citrus acidity, soft berry undertones, chocolate and floral notes.

HUEHUETENANGO COFFEE

Huehuetenango has very sweet aromatics, laced with floral and fruited elements, and sugar coated nuts. Hot water builds on the fruitiness, as well as layers of bitter-sweet chocolate.

YELLOW ICATU NATURAL COFFEE

This coffee features a sweet taste and its fragrance includes notes of fresh walnuts and almonds. Its body becomes pronounced with smooth acidity.

SUMATRA COFFEE

The Sumatra Coffee is considered one of the world’s best tasting premium gourmet coffees. It consists of a big earthy flavor along with spicy herbal notes and a syrupy mouthfeel.

KENTA/MT HAGEN COFFEE

A smooth-bodied coffee with a pleasant aftertaste. Clean and consistent with berry, cedar, malt and tea-like notes.

INDONESIAN COFFEE

Stunningly different – unlike most Indonesian coffees, this has clean and distinct citrus edge to it. Bright tangerine flavours and a zesty body make this a unique Indonesian coffee due to its unique varietal.

RED BOURBON COFFEE

In the cup you will find a sweet milk chocolate, with delicate lemon rind and brown sugar notes. It’s complex but balanced, with hints of fruit salad sweets and double cream appearing on the finish.

YELLOW BOURBON COFFEE

Soft notes of chocolate, malt and roasted hazelnuts. Delicate citrus acidity mid palate. Silky creamy body through to a long dark cocoa, nut and caramel finish. Best roasted medium to enhance the body.

FINCA CERRO AZUL NATURAL RED BOURBON COFFEE

In the cup think dark. Think dark rum mixed with dark chocolate, and dark liquorice and dark dates and a boozy finish. Perfect for those dark nights.

YIRGACHEFFE MISTY VALLEY G1 NATURAL COFFEE

In the cup, the Misty Valley truly delivers. A perfumed floral aroma leads into a crisp and complex fruit basket flavor. Cuppingnotes: Blueberry, Chocolate, Strawberry, Floral, Clean, Consistent, Balanced, Bright lemony sweetness.

CERRO DRAGON COFFEE

This coffee is honey processed and leaves a balanced body to the cup profile. Rich and complex with a pleasant acidity, floral and fruity notes.
